Summer Salads

Summer salads

"bramble forest"&"crunchy sweetness"

Muggy heat, equatorial temperatures, weakness and sleep, this is August of all those who, like me, can not take a day off.
Carbohydrates and sugars certainly do not help us to cheer us up, and it is when we are exhausted that the fruits of nature can make us revive. To overcome summer heat I propose you two fresh, tasty and original salads to smile even at 35 ° C

1) ''bramble forest'', when salad gets black

INGREDIENTS for 1 person:
1/2 cucumber
1/4 red bell pepper
green small-leaf salad
1 salad tomatoe
60g fresh soybean curd (not raw)
5 blackberries
salt
extra virgin oil
sweet Modena vinegar (not raw)

once you have all the ingredients you just have to cut them all and add some salt, oil and vinegar up to your taste

2)''crunchy sweetness''

INGREDIENTS for one person:
green small-leaf salad
spinach

1/4 red onion
raw beetroot
60g fresh soybean curd (not raw)
1/4 red bell pepper
unsalted pistachios
soy sauce (not raw)
extra virgin oil

cut all the ingredientsand put them into a bowl, while keeping pistachios, soybean curd and red bell pepper apart. fry diced red bell pepper into a pan with some evo and some soy sauce, add soybean curd in the end and stir, then put the red bell pepper nd the soybean curd into the boul ad stir again. Finally add smashed pistachio and eventually add some more soy sauce.

Hope you'll like these recipes, please let me know if you try them, kisses, Luna
