Raw coconut freezy dessert
with coconut and almond milk
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
3 tbsp shredded dehidratet coconut
2 tsp agave syrup
Method:
- mix all ingredients togeter at room temperature, into a reclosable box
- let the mixture rest at least one hour long to slightly rehidrate the coconut
- close and put into the freezer
- stir every 20 minutes until ice flakes will be formed around every coconut flake
....Serve it into small /coffee cup size) portions and relish in front of the fireplace in the tavern <3 .
