Oranges tartare
with grapes and hazelnuts
One of my new years resolutions is to have 10'000 visualisations of the blog. Is it only a dream or can it really be?? who knows...
Now I only know that I'll have to work hard in give you new, good, beautiful and practical recipes to let you live raw-vegan eating with serenity.
Let's start with something easy and fast then:...
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 3 oranges (medium size)
- 20 hazelnuts
- about 20 grapes
Method:
- peel and cut into chunks oranges. then organise them on the plate as first layer of the tartare
- chop 16 hazelnuts and spread them on the oranges layer
- cut in half grapes, rimove seeds and cut them again into thin slices
- finally arrange some of grape slices in the shape of a flower, on hazelnuts granola and dispose the slices left all around the tartare as if it were a crown. to complete the composition, put one of the kept hazelnuts filling the center of the tartare
